It is our goal to provide top quality products with superior customer service. We have found the following conditions create a mutually beneficial relationship with our customers.

1. Governing Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the sale by S1Digital.com, entity named on the invoice and/or sales receipt (“S1Digital” and/or “S1Digital, LLC.”) that will be provided to the Customer on orders for all products sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of products described on that invoice and/or sales receipt, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at S1Digital.com’s sole discretion.

2. Other Documents

These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and S1Digital.com

3. Governing Law/Venue

THE SALE(S) WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. All questions, of interpretation, performance, enforcement and the rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this order-on-line transaction described herein shall be governed and maintained in state and federal court in Bergen County, New Jersey. Venue and jurisdiction for all litigation will lie in Bergen County, New Jersey. Customer hereby agree and submit to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

4. Export Restriction

Customer agrees not to directly or indirectly export any products (whether or not modified by Services), including, but not limited to parts, equipment or technical data/documentation without first obtaining the required U.S. Government export license(s). Customer should recognize and acknowledge S1Digital.com products are subject to all relevant laws and regulations governing the export of United States technology. Customer should determine whether an export license or certain declarations required by the United State Government regarding the nature of the products to be exported, their destination, or their use.

5. Product Inspections

We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase from S1Digital.com However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):

For items shipped via freight carrier, (ie. Estes Express, USF Holland, etc) Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property, and the freight company will not allow a claim.
For items shipped via UPS & USPS: If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property. Our 30-Day money back policy does not apply to damaged or non-sellable items.
Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us at 201-402-1920 or Support@S1Digital.com.

6. Acceptance

Customers acceptance of the Goods shall constitute an affirmation by the customer that the Terms and Conditions set forth herein govern the purchase and sale of the goods. Upon receipt of products, buyer agrees to inspect and/or test the products. The products should be deemed accepted by customer unless customer provides S1Digital.com a timely written notice specifically noting any defects or discrepancies in the quality or quantity of products received. Customer is responsible for all product and freight charges associated with the merchandise after these 3 calendar days.

7. Delivery Liability

Customers have the duty to insure that products ordered and delivered meet the requirements of installation. Do not alter or begin installation unless you are sure you have the correct product, free from damage. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer’s warranty.

We offer top quality products and work hard to provide superior customer service. If your order arrives damaged or wrong in any way, we will work to promptly rectify the situation. We will refund or replace any items in this situation, pending availability. Your items will be reshipped using the same shipping method originally used. If customer desires expedited shipping, it is their responsibility to pay the difference.

We strongly recommend that customers refrain from scheduling a plumber or installer until they have their items in their possession. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer’s warranty, including plumber/installer costs and rescheduling fees. This includes situations where an item arrives damaged, broken, delayed, or wrong in any way.

8. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Due to the fast-moving nature of this industry, prices, promotions and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales, use, services, excise or similar taxes.

9. Shipping Charges and Taxes

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown during checkout and on S1Digital.com’s invoice(s) and/or sales receipt(s). All products shipping to New Jersey will be applied a 7.00% sales tax of sales amount according to New Jersey State Tax Regulation. Unless customer provides S1Digital.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to S1Digital.com’s acceptance of the order, the customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on S1Digital.com’s invoice and/or sales receipt.

10. Shipping Policies

Same day shipping is available for all IN-STOCK products ordered before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday. All orders placed afterwards, during weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. Same day shipping is not available for certain items, or large orders, please refer to lead time references in your shopping cart and receipt. Most orders will usually ship via UPS Ground and will take approximately two to five business days for items to arrive.

At S1Digital.com we do our best to reflect accurate stock status for our products.
